Careers: Program
Leader/Instructor
PreQuest guides individuals, small
to medium size businesses, and larger global organizations to effectively prepare
for risks inherent in overseas environments, reduce corporate liability, and
successfully prepare for, and respond to, emergencies that arise in distant
locations.
PreQuest Program Leader/Instructor are
knowledgeable and personable experts
in their field with extensive experience instructing
and lecturing at many levels including small groups, conferences, and training
centers in a variety of formats. Each PreQuest program is presented in the
field, classrooms, and at corporate offices around the world.
PreQuest Program Leader/Instructors
work in pairs, adapting to each individual student and group by presenting
themselves as an approachable and trustworthy resource. Most programs are
two-day courses that require Program Leader/Instructors to travel throughout
North America and Europe to corporate offices and training facilities of our
clients.

PreQuest minimum requirements for employment as an Independent Contactor:
• Must have a minimum of 5 year of experience in security assignments (DSS,
military, law enforcement, federal agencies, or commercial executive protection
services with military or police background).
• Must be able to obtain a Federal Government Security Clearance.
• Must have no felony or domestic violence conviction.
• Criminal record must be free of recurring misdemeanors.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must have a valid U.S. Driver's license and U.S. tourist passport.
• Must be able to successfully pass government physical fitness test.
• Must be willing to participate in the following;
• A complete psychological assessment
• Complete credit check
• Full criminal background check
• Drug screening
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• No history of major illness or mental disorders.
• If prior military, must have an Honorable Discharge.
• No personal bankruptcy or outstanding credit delinquency on record.
• No DUI or illegal drug use history.
• Prior military experience must be verifiable by documentation (i.e., DD-214).
